Session Dates for the 2023 - 2024 Season
Session 1: August 28 - October 22
Session 2: October 23 – December 17
Session 3: January 2 – February 25
Session 4: February 26 - April 21
Session 5: April 22 – June 16
There will be no class on the following dates:
Labor Day: Monday, September 4, 2023
Halloween: Tuesday, October 31, 2023 Closed for evening classes.
Thanksgiving: Thursday, November 23, 2023
New Year's Day: Monday, January 1, 2024
Memorial Day: Monday, May 27, 2024
In the case of inclement weather, please call the gym and listen to the
message for class cancellations.
If you ever have a question about the gym being closed for any reason,
please do not hesitate to call. Better safe than sorry!
The majority of announcements and notices will be delivered through email, so please make sure you add Nicole@envygymnastics.com to your email list. We will also post on our social media.
Registration Fee: There is a nonrefundable annual $40 family registration fee. Payment of this fee establishes you as a member of eNVy Gymnastics for an entire year from the time you pay the fee. Members receive price breaks with certain classes, birthday parties, events and priority when choosing classes.
Tuition is due by the Saturday of the 7th week of each session. You can pay at the front desk, mail a check, or pay by credit card over the phone. If tuition is not paid on time, your spot will be open to be filled by someone else. Classes can also run the risk of being cancelled if tuition is not paid on time. Tuition not paid by the end of the 8th week will be considered late and incur a $10 late fee.
Envy Gymnastics, Inc. accepts cash, check, or credit cards.
The fee for a returned check is $25.
Class Discounts
Week 6 Pay
Take advantage of our early pay option. Pay your tuition by the end of the 6th week and receive a $5 discount off of each student.
Multiple Sibling
1st sibling pays full, 2nd sibling gets 10% off, 3rd sibling gets 15% off, 4th sibling is FREE
Multiple Class (one student taking more than one class per week)
25% off more expensive tuition
Active Military: 10% off (session tuition and private lessons only)
Must be willing to present a current Active Military ID.
Refunds – there are no refunds given for any camps, clinics, special events, or classes that a student does not attend.
Make Up Classes – Each student is allowed 2 make up classes per session. Make ups are scheduled during other available class times within the student’s level. Classes must be made up during the session incurred. If you do not use your make ups, you lose them, and there are no refunds.
If class is cancelled due to weather, a make up class will be arranged and will not count towards your 2 allowable.
Behavior – There is no tolerance for bad behavior or lack of respect. This can be in the form of hitting, punching, kicking, pushing, back talking, swearing, name-calling, threats, etc. These behaviors can be grounds for dismissal from the program. If that is ever the case, there will be no refunds.
Parent Viewing – No one is allowed in the gym area while class is in session. Please be respectful while viewing. Students learn best with as little outside distraction as possible.
What to wear
leotards, tank tops, tee shirts, shorts, sweatpants, comfortable clothing
What NOT to wear
socks, shoes, dresses, skirts, tights (especially footed), dance skirts, jewelry, any clothing with buttons or zippers or clothing exposing midriffs.
All hair must be pulled back. This is a safety issue.
Students are allowed to bring a water bottle into the gym, but it must stay on the drink station. Only water is allowed on the drink station.
Please leave all valuables at home. eNVy Gymnastics, Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
We have a lost and found container in our locker room. Any items left behind are placed in the container for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, the item is either discarded of or donated. We immediately discard any undergarments and hair accessories for sanitary concerns.
