eNVy.....celebrating 15 years!

Hello Everyone....

How has everyone been handling this insanity??

We hope you have been making the best of it for yourself and your family!

We are re-opening!  But with a very limited schedule....

We will be offering camps, some classes, and private lessons.

Our Summer 2020 page contains all of the details of what is being offered.

If you are interested in any of these, please contact the gym.

Our priority will be our current members with a credit from Session 4.

The credit will remain if the summer will not work for you.

We have opted to start with ages 5 & up for our camps and classes.

If your child is younger, you always have the option to hold off until we are

back into full swing OR take advantage of a one on one private lesson.

As a small business that has been white knuckling it...

we would love your support, but only if you feel safe.

These are the new procedures at the gym....

The procedure....

Gymnasts will be driven to the front of the building and wait in the car until a staff member comes out to greet you.  Everyone in the car should be wearing a mask during this time.  A staff member will screen each gymnast:  temperature and symptom check.  Temperatures over 100 degrees Fahrenheit and gymnasts displaying any symptoms will not be allowed in the building.   Once the gymnast is cleared, they will be escorted by the staff member into the gym.  The lobby floor with be marked with tape to show where to go from there.  We will be keeping our locker room open.  Please bring as little as possible into the building.  Be already dressed in gym attire.  You are welcome to wear a tee shirt/tank/shorts over your leotard, but please keep all electronics, etc. at home.  Once everything is placed in a cubby in the locker room, each gymnast will be required to apply hand sanitizer to their hands and feet before entering the gym area.  Once in the gym area, they will have a specific spot to sit and wait for beginning instructions.
On your first visit, you will be asked to sign a form as well.

Each gymnast needs to bring:
Enough water to make it through a practice/day of camp, etc.  We will be discouraging the use of our water system for safety.

What we are doing on our end and intend to do in the gym....

Our staff will be screened upon every entrance into the building.

The gym has been cleaned and cleaned again.  We hope everyone has seen throughout the years the pride we take in this process.  It has always been a top priority.  We will be stepping up our game even more so.  We have left 15 - 30 minutes between practices to clean what has been touched. We have been working for the past few weeks to come up with a game plan to keep everything as clean and sanitized as possible every day.  Everything will be wiped down several times daily.  Anything that cannot be easily wiped down will be sprayed with a sanitizer.

Entering and leaving the gym:  We have made the decision to only allow for the gymnasts and staff to enter into our facility for the time being as we navigate this process.  The gymnasts will be brought through the front door at the beginning of practice and let out the back entrance at the completion of practice.  All communication/payments etc. will be made over the phone or through email. No gymnast will be allowed in the building without being screened first.  We will not be locking the doors for fire safety reasons.  We understand this temporary policy might not sit well with everyone, as many of you like to stay and watch or escort your child into the building.  Please know that we are trying to do everything we can to stay as safe as possible and eliminating traffic will hopefully help our cause.

Masks:  if you feel strongly about your gymnast wearing a mask they are more than welcome to wear one during practice.  They will, however, be asked to remove it under certain circumstances when we feel safety will be an issue.  Teachers on the floor will wear masks at their discretion....meaning the gymnasts' safety is first and spotting with a mask is a safety hazard.  They will have them on for the majority of the time unless they need to take it off for safety issues.

We have prepared an abundance of disposable ice packs if necessary.

One use and throw out.

We have capped the number of students in the gym at a time.

We plan to keep the gymnasts distanced as much as possible...at least 6 feet.

There will be no make ups over the summer.

Protocols change everyday.  I just ask that everyone please be patient and understanding during this time.  Let's try to get back into the swing of things!

Please let us know if you have any questions.

Thank you,

Miss Nicole
