There will be no class on the following dates:
Thanksgiving: Thursday, November 24, 2011
Friday, November 25, 2011 – No classes until 4 pm
Memorial Day: Monday, May 28, 2012
In the case of bad weather, please call the gym and listen to the message for class cancellations.
Registration Forms: Please make sure that you have filled out the registration form clearly and accurately. If at anytime any information on the form changes, please inform the office.
The majority of announcements and notices will be delivered through email, so please make sure you add Nicole@envygymnastics.com to your email list.
Registration Fee: There is a nonrefundable annual $35 family registration fee. Payment of this fee establishes you as a member of eNVy Gymnastics for an entire year from the time you pay the fee. Members receive price breaks with certain classes and events and priority when choosing classes.
Tuition is due by the Saturday of the 7th week of each session. You can pay at the front desk, mail a check, or call it in by credit card. If tuition is not paid on time, your spot will be open to be filled by someone else. Payments not made by the end of the 8th week will be considered late and incur a $10 late fee. Envy Gymnastics, Inc. accepts cash, check, or credit cards.
The fee for a returned check is $25.

Military – 10% (tuition only)
Refunds – there are no refunds given for any camps, clinics, special events, or classes that a student does not attend.
Make Up Classes – Each student is allowed 2 make up classes per session. Make ups are scheduled during other available class times within the student’s level. Classes must be made up during the session incurred If you do not use your make ups, you lose them, and there are no refunds.
If class is cancelled due to weather, a make up class will be arranged and will not count towards your 2 allowable.
Behavior – There is no tolerance for bad behavior or lack of respect. This can be in the form of hitting, punching, kicking, pushing, back talking, swearing, name-calling, threats, etc. These behaviors can be grounds for dismissal from the program. If that is ever the case, there will be no refunds.
Parent Viewing – No one is allowed in the gym area while class is in session. To maximize their experience in the gym, children need to minimize distraction. There are specific weeks for parent viewing. The parent view week is the 7th week of the session.
What to wear: leotards, tee shirts, shorts, sweatpants, comfortable clothing.
What NOT to wear: socks, shoes, dresses, skirts, tights, dance skirts, jewelry, or any clothing with buttons or zippers.
All hair must be pulled back. This is a safety issue.
Students are allowed to bring a drink into the gym. This drink must stay at the drink station inside the gym.
Please leave all valuables at home. eNVy Gymnastics, Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
